Mennan Yelkenci from BookedAI is a man on a mission. Mennan believes that generative AI can be so transformative from a UI and UX perspective that by perfecting these elements, you can win the B2C battle in travel.
And he may not be alone. Sabre this week released a report that said pretty much the same thing – although very much focused on chat and chatbots.
