We are seeking a skilled Expo Operations Manager to lead all operational aspects of show-site events, ensuring seamless coordination and outstanding results that exceed client expectations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Manage on-site event operations including logistics, freight, labor, and coordination.
  • Collaborate across departments to streamline workflows and optimize efficiency.
  • Serve as main contact for key accounts, venue owners, and event organizers.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive event plans within budget constraints.
  • Oversee billing, documentation, and accurate revenue tracking for events.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support event success as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3–10 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or exhibition management with leadership responsibilities.
  • Exceptional customer service and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proven organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new event technologies.
  • Flexibility to travel for events (25–50%) and work occasional weekends.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
