We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to spearhead new business growth and further expand our client portfolio. In this high-impact, hunter role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting high-value prospects into long-term clients. As a key revenue driver, you will collaborate closely with marketing on prospecting strategies, lead generation, and pipeline management, as well as nurture relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Sell the complete range of experiential marketing, trade show, and event solutions.
    Identify and engage high-value prospects within the meetings, events, and hospitality sectors.
  • Generate leads and convert them into clients via social media, email, cold calls, and in-person networking.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, using effective prospecting and lead management techniques.
  • Maximize the use of sales technology and CRM tools for efficient outreach and pipeline tracking.
    Partner with marketing teams to align strategies, leveraging high-impact content and targeted value
    propositions.
  • Achieve revenue and profitability goals through strong win rates and high-value deals.
  • Develop strategies to expand and deepen relationships with new accounts over time.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pricing strategy, and closing skills to consistently exceed targets.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate with both internal teams and external clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 5 years B2B sales experience, ideally in experiential marketing, hospitality, or trade shows.
  • Demonstrated hunter mentality with a history of closing new business and driving revenue growth.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating independently.
  • Eagerness to develop mastery in B2B sales within the event, hospitality, and destination marketing industry.
  • Familiarity and proficiency with CRM platforms and contemporary sales tools.
  • Strong pipeline management skills, focused on lead conversion and achieving high win rates.
  • Ability to engage enterprise-level clients and conduct strategic business conversations.
  • Effective collaborator with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple prospects and sales activities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
