KEY RESPONSBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue across rooms, segmentation mix, and pricing.
  • Analyze data, market trends, and compile accurate forecasts to support business objectives.
  • Participate as a member of the Executive Committee to validate forecasts and align on business plans.
  • Oversee and optimize inventory, rates, property management, and revenue management systems.
  • Manage and mentor the Reservations/Guest Relations team, ensuring operational effectiveness and luxury service standards.
  • Monitor business pace, pickup, and booking channels; adjust pricing strategies for all segments.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and present insights to stakeholders focused on forecast accuracy and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to create cohesive, market-driven strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of annual budgets and strategies to meet or exceed hotel goals.
  • Champion a service-driven, results-oriented culture, maintaining high employee morale and guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in revenue management within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong background in hospitality sales, market research, segmentation, distribution channels, and yield management.
  • Proven proficiency in compiling and analyzing operational, financial, and marketing data.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical/competitive analysis tools.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under deadline-driven environments and adapt to market changes.
  • Full understanding of professional business ethics and high standards of decorum.
  • Knowledge of hotel management and property management systems is a plus.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality, with a positive, empowering attitude and commitment to superior service.
