The road to personalisation with AI with Stephanie Daniel

I recently had the privilege to sit down and chat with the fabulous Stephanie Daniel who is working on one of the really hard, but also really important problems in travel - personalisation. We hear about it all the time as our inevitable future - the micro personalisation of our travels utilising AI but it actually takes a lot of work to get there on both the demand and supply side. Legend DNA is working on the demand side of the equation by bringing together different data sets to predict what you might want, before you even know you want it.

    Thanks Sarah! Stephanie is one of the smartest people out there when it comes to doing the hard work that will unlock personalization utilizing AI. And of course this is just on the demand side. The supply side needs to find a way to get its data in order also for it work too.
