SearchWide Global continues to grow its executive search team with the addition of Jennifer Haire, CAE, CMP, who will join the firm as Director, Executive Search, effective April 27, 2026. The firm also announced the promotion of Carmen Rodgers to Director, Executive Search, and the addition of Shanté Clark as Research Manager.

Jennifer Haire brings more than 20 years of experience across hotels, destination marketing organizations, third-party providers, and national nonprofit organizations. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated a strong ability to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and deliver results within complex, mission-driven environments.

In her role at SearchWide Global, Jennifer will lead executive search engagements across the hospitality, travel, tourism, and association sectors. She will partner closely with clients to understand organizational needs and deliver leadership solutions that align with strategic priorities and long-term goals. Jennifer is known for her thoughtful, relationship-driven approach and her ability to connect people, ideas, and opportunities in meaningful ways.

Prior to joining SearchWide Global, Jennifer held senior leadership roles within a national nonprofit organization, where she oversaw multi-million dollar initiatives, led high-performing teams, and collaborated with executive leadership and boards to advance strategic priorities.
