I’ve decided to start my own company. To become a consultant, coach, partner, vendor — whatever the hell they…I mean we are called.

There are a lot of reasons why I chose this path, but I’m going to focus on one specifically right now. I’ve thought about owning my own business my entire life. So why at 44 am I just now doing it? The truth?
