The biggest part of that is recognizing that, the need for flexibility. If I could say flexible and flexibility a hundred times, you still won’t understand until you see it in front of your eyes, where you have 25 people who are supposed to come in on this date and then all of a sudden you get a phone call and it could be the day before and they say, ‘It’s pushed, they’re still coming, but now it’s going to be 35 people and it’s on this date’. And so literally just being able to say, ‘Ok, we’ve got you’…” – Bega Metzner
