On October 11, 2024, Brand USA announced four senior executives joining the leadership team headed by Fred Dixon, president & CEO.

The new hires are:

Angie Briggs — Senior Vice President, Industry Partnerships and Engagement & Chief Development Officer. Angie joins from U.S. Travel Association.

Chris Heywood — Senior Vice President, Public Relations & Chief Communications Officer. Chris joins from Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board.

Janette Roush — Senior Vice President, Innovation & Chief AI Officer. Janette joins from New York City Tourism + Conventions.

Malcolm Smith — Senior Vice President, Global Markets & Chief Trade and Product Development Officer. Malcolm was previously the general manager of IPW for U.S. Travel Association.
