Discover Long Island President & CEO Kristen Reynolds said, “We have always provided information on Long Island attractions and events, but this new effort digs deeper into hyper local information such as farmer’s markets, historical societies, parks and local theater through event listings, curated itineraries, videos and blog content and reminds local residents that, no matter how long you’ve lived here, there’s always something new to discover on Long Island.

Designed to appeal to lifelong residents, visitors who are “home for the holidays” and even first-time visitors, this new one-stop location for local tourism information highlights the hidden gems and community information that locals care about and visitors find uniquely interesting.
